Settings in Marketer are divided by who or what they affect. Personal settings follow your account. Workspace settings shape the active workspace. Eligible multi-workspace owners and admins also see an account-level overview.

Personal, workspace, and account scope

Personal settings belong to you. Profile, Authentication, and MCP connect are not tied to one selected workspace. Workspace settings apply to the active workspace. Confirm the workspace before changing brand context, defaults, members’ workspace access, guardrails, autonomy, audiences, conversion metrics, notifications, or billing. Account settings appear only for eligible owners and admins of a multi-workspace account. That area provides Overview, Analytics, Billing, Users, and MCP across the account’s workspaces.

Role basics

  • Owner has full control, including workspace settings.
  • Admin can edit and manage people for the workspace or account scope they have.
  • Member can create and edit workspace content.
  • Viewer is read-only.
Exact visibility and billing controls also depend on whether access is account-wide or limited to selected workspaces. See Members and roles.

Safe setup order

1

Set identity and access

Review your profile, authentication, team membership, and workspace roles.
2

Ground the workspace

Add brand sources, review proposed brand facts, and configure reusable defaults.
3

Set policy before automation

Define guardrails and keep Review everything until the team has reviewed real outputs.
4

Configure delivery

Choose notification channels, recipients, and severity thresholds.
5

Review usage and ownership

Confirm who owns billing, which workspaces are account-covered, and who can manage MCP seats.

Next step

Start with Profile and authentication, then review Members and roles before changing workspace policy.
