Use this pattern after your strategy, offer, and creative are ready. The goal is a complete draft with explicit review points before anything is published to an advertising account.

Prerequisites

  • A supported advertising account is connected.
  • You have permission to create or publish campaigns in the workspace and provider account.
  • The campaign objective, budget, schedule, audience, destination, tracking, and creative are approved.
  • Workspace guardrails and approval expectations are current.

Starting request

Review before publishing

Confirm the draft against the source brief and provider account:
  1. Objective and optimization event.
  2. Budget, currency, schedule, and pacing.
  3. Audience, geography, placements, and exclusions.
  4. Creative, copy, destination, and tracking.
  5. Account, campaign naming, and any inherited settings.
  6. Guardrails, approval status, and the final publish action.
Publishing changes an external advertising account and can create spend. Resolve every missing value and review the final provider-specific summary before approval.
After publication, monitor launch state and delivery in Campaigns. Use Awaiting action when Marketer needs a decision or confirmation.
