Account overview does not replace the active-workspace settings. It aggregates or administers the account’s workspace set while provider connections, brand policy, and most operational settings remain workspace-scoped.
Open the hub
Open the top-left workspace switcher and select Account overview. The account area has five tabs:Overview tab
Choose the reporting period, then review:- Performance for account-wide spend, ROAS, CPA, and CTR;
- Needs attention and Only needs attention for workspaces with actionable state; and
- Workspaces, including the workspace count and Search workspaces….
Analytics tab
The account Analytics view aggregates every workspace in the eligible account scope. It includes:- performance KPIs and trend windows;
- channel trend and insights;
- Spend by channel;
- Top campaigns; and
- Top creatives.
Billing tab
Billing has two possible models:Account plan
An account-level subscription can fund covered workspaces. The tab shows plan status and coverage by workspace. The account Owner can use Manage billing in Stripe for plan lifecycle, payment method, or invoices. Canceling an account plan can affect every covered workspace. The control is deliberately Owner-only and handled in Stripe.Workspace plans
If no account plan exists, the tab shows Workspace plans. Each workspace can have Own plan or no active plan.- The account Owner sees Activate for an unfunded workspace.
- Manage plan switches to that workspace’s Plans & Billing page.
- Account Admins can inspect the account hub but only the account Owner can activate or change workspace plans from this section.
Users tab
Users reuses the account membership model documented in Members and roles. Changes here and in Settings → Members affect the same account people, pending invitations, selected-workspace grants, and MCP seats.MCP tab
The account MCP tab adds Account connection above the personal connected-agent surface. It shows:- Connected or Not connected;
- connection count;
- reachable workspaces;
- effective read-only or read-write posture; and
- last-used information.
Scope and freshness checklist
- Account name and eligible workspace count
- Reporting period
- USD blended posture versus provider-native currencies
- Cached-data warning absent
- Correct plan model: account-covered or self-billing workspaces
- Correct person and workspace grants before a Users or MCP change
