Creative Assets combines format, status, labels, search, layout, and Meta sync controls around the reusable library.
Understand the source boundary
Sync from Meta and manual Upload are shown only with an active Meta connection in the current flow. Repair the Meta connection if those actions are expected but absent.
Find the exact asset
1
Choose a format
Use All, Images, Video, or Carousel.
2
Choose a status
Use All, Active, Paused, or Never launched. This status comes from linked delivery; it is not a review approval state.
3
Set date and sort
Choose the metric date window, then sort by Newest, Spend, or ROAS. The date scopes metrics, not which files exist in the library.
4
Use labels and conditional filters
Open All labels and choose available values such as theme, visual hook, media format, or hook strength. Ratio and persona filters appear only when the workspace has values for them.
5
Search and change layout
Search identifying text, then switch between grid and table view to verify the candidate.
6
Open the detail
Confirm the file, format, metadata, copy, labels, source, and linked usage before reuse.
Sync from Meta
Select Sync from Meta when provider creative is missing or stale.- Confirm the active workspace and Meta account.
- Start the sync once.
- Read the progress or notice instead of repeatedly restarting it.
- After completion, clear filters and search for the exact ad or creative identity.
- Open the detail and confirm linked-ad usage.
Upload a file
Select Upload only after confirming the workspace and Meta connection.- Choose the approved file and verify its format.
- Confirm product accuracy, claims, trademarks, people, music, and usage rights.
- Use a name that distinguishes the asset from resized or revised versions.
- Wait for the upload to finish.
- Reopen the new asset from a clean filter state.
Apply labels deliberately
Labels can describe creative attributes such as theme, hook, format, or workspace-specific categories.- Existing Meta-synced labels appear in the detail when supported.
- Label N unlabeled can start analysis for assets without labels and can consume the credits shown by the UI.
- Review the displayed count and usage before starting labeling.
- Treat generated labels as searchable metadata, not approved strategic conclusions.
- Correct misleading or overly broad labels before using them to select a campaign slate.
Inspect asset detail and usage
The detail can include:- Full image, video, or carousel preview
- Download
- Format and template badges
- Labels and source metadata
- Associated ad copy
- Used by N ads
- Per-ad status controls
- Pause all when eligible
- A link to inspect the full usage roster
Reuse the asset
When adding an asset to a new brief or campaign:- Verify the exact visual and format.
- Read existing copy and linked usage.
- Confirm the current product, offer, destination, and audience still match.
- Check that reuse does not invalidate exclusivity, rights, or a test design.
- Review the resulting Studio or campaign preview.
Completion check
- The source is identified as Studio, Meta, or upload.
- Format, visual, name, labels, copy, and usage match the intended asset.
- Date-scoped metrics are not confused with library inventory.
- A capped or fallback ordering disclosure is preserved.
- Labeling usage was reviewed before credits were consumed.
- Every linked ad was inspected before a per-ad or Pause all action.
- Reuse preserved product, offer, destination, rights, and placement fit.
Troubleshooting
Sync from Meta or Upload is missing
Sync from Meta or Upload is missing
Confirm Meta is connected and healthy for this workspace and that your role supports the action. Repair the integration rather than assuming a hidden upload succeeded.
A known asset is missing
A known asset is missing
Clear search, format, status, labels, ratio, persona, and date-related sorting assumptions. Run one Meta sync if the source is provider-owned, then search by the linked ad identity.
ROAS sorting looks wrong
ROAS sorting looks wrong
Read the fallback disclosure. If revenue is absent in the selected window, the list can order by spend instead. Choose a covered date range before making a ROAS claim.
An asset has no labels
An asset has no labels
Confirm it is eligible for labeling. Review the count and displayed credit usage before selecting Label N unlabeled, then verify generated labels before relying on them.
Pause all would affect unexpected ads
Pause all would affect unexpected ads
Cancel, inspect Used by N ads, and verify each campaign and status. Pause only the intended ads individually when the shared asset spans unrelated work.
Continue
Measure performance
Compare the asset under controlled Meta delivery conditions.
Use it in a campaign
Verify creative, copy, destination, and review before launch.
