# Create a reusable Skill

> Capture a successful marketing method as reusable workspace guidance with clear inputs and review criteria.

Create a Skill when a method should be reused across tasks, people, or specialists. Good Skills encode a durable way of working. They do not freeze a one-time answer or hide business judgment.

## Choose the right material

A useful candidate has:

* A repeated trigger or task.
* Inputs that can be named.
* A sequence or decision rule that remains stable.
* An output that can be reviewed.
* Evidence from successful use in your workspace.

Do not turn temporary campaign facts, credentials, personal data, or an unverified recommendation into a Skill.

## Starting request

```text theme={null}
Turn the attached example and feedback into a reusable Skill for [task].
Define when to use it, required inputs, the method, quality checks, and situations where it should not apply.
Keep workspace-specific facts separate from the reusable instructions.
Show the draft and unresolved assumptions before saving it.
```

## Review the Skill

Ask whether a teammate could apply it correctly without knowing the original task. Check that:

1. The trigger is specific.
2. Required inputs are available.
3. The method allows judgment where conditions vary.
4. Quality checks are observable.
5. Exceptions and approval points are explicit.

<Tip>
  Keep factual brand context in Knowledge or the Brand Profile. Use a Skill for the method that tells Marketer how to apply that context.
